Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Organizing the salaries of the college staff (faculty and administrative employees) and submitting them to the University Presidency for disbursement to the beneficiaries.

  • Processing salary increments and promotions within the salary scale to ensure their inclusion in payroll lists.

  • Maintaining daily records, expenditure registers, supporting documents, and accounting entries related to disbursement operations in an organized manner.

  • Archiving and preserving all primary documents in registers and storing them in designated file boxes.

  • Managing the college’s disbursement operations and collecting revenues from various college activities through official accounting receipts (Form 73), including documents, objections, issuance of student IDs, enrollment confirmations, tuition fees of undergraduate parallel program students, tuition fees of postgraduate students (self-financed), and tuition fees of evening study students.
